For new customers or business communications, we can be reached everyday EXCEPT Sundays, Wednesdays, Halloween, Christmas and Government holidays.

Hours of peak availability:

Weekdays: 1pm-3pm, 9pm-3am. Saturdays: 2pm-10pm

Printing and order fulfillment:

Almost everyday except some Sundays. We communicate with all our customers on the timing of each stage of order fulfillment as well as any delays in the process. We will start up printers or prepare orders at any time between 1pm and 6am the next day.
